| 1. Review and update the English (reading and language arts) curriculum to vertically integrate with HUHS and increase student proficiency and success. 2. Research and implement a writing initiative to promote writing skills and improve writing proficiency in the district. 3. Implement the Universal Screening program to track and improve student success on an individual basis. 4. Continue to improve the district RTI system using the Universal Screening tools, a data tracking system, and improving differentiated instruction. 5. Research, modify and implement the next phase of the District organizational plan. 6. Continue to review, modify and implement the School Improvement Plan, the Capital Improvement Plan and the Technology Plan. Developed by
