Dear Students/Parents/Guardians:

¡Hola y Bienvenidos a la clase de español!  My name is Señor Mattias.  I very excited to be the new Spanish teacher at Richfield this year for grades 3-8.  Although this is my first year at Richfield, it will be my 5^th year overall teaching Spanish.  I taught all grade levels of Spanish at Northern Ozaukee School District for the past 3 years; and the year prior to that at Campbellsport Middle School.   I received my bachelors degrees in K-12 Spanish and 6-12 Social Studies from Concordia University-Wisconsin in 2007.  I have also studied abroad in Spain in 2006 and Costa Rica in 2002.  This past summer I returned to Costa Rica to visit friends and learn more about the country.
