Step 3: Evaluating a Website

Using the information from Evaluating a Website: Each group should answer what do I look for in a good website with the following questions:

·         Who wrote/published the information on the site?

·         What information and resources does the site provide?

·         When was the site created/last updated?

·         Where does the site "live"?

·         Why should I use this site?

 

Step 4: Create your own evaluation

Look at the two evaluation forms FORM 1  and evaluating_web_sites_guide

Create your own evaluation form for a website: Fit it into one page and make it on MS word

 

Step 5:

Find three websites on any subject. They must all be on the same subject.

 Using the information you have learned from evaluating a website rank the three websites in order.

Also give reason to why you ranked them in the order you did.
